FoodGo is a UK-based platform operated by FoodGo Ltd, providing online ordering and delivery services connecting customers, restaurants, grocery stores, and delivery drivers.
For any questions, please contact us at info@foodgo.uk.
FoodGo offers three mobile applications:
FoodGo App – for customers to order food and groceries.
FoodGo Business App – for restaurants and grocery stores to manage their listings, menus, and orders.
FoodGo Delivery App – for registered drivers to receive and complete delivery requests.
FoodGo acts as a facilitator between users, businesses, and drivers. We do not prepare food, own restaurants, or employ drivers directly.
To use our apps or website, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate, complete, and current information
Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable UK laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
All orders placed through FoodGo are subject to acceptance by the restaurant or store.
Prices, menus, and availability are determined by each business.
Payments must be made through the secure payment system provided in the FoodGo App.
FoodGo is not responsible for incorrect prices, unavailable items, or delays caused by third-party businesses.
Deliveries are fulfilled by independent delivery partners using the FoodGo Delivery App.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to distance, traffic, or weather conditions.
FoodGo is not liable for delays once the order has been handed to a driver.
Refunds or cancellations depend on the restaurant’s or store’s policy and the stage of order preparation.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact FoodGo support within a reasonable timeframe.
Businesses using the FoodGo Business App must provide accurate details, menus, and pricing.
They are responsible for food safety, product quality, and compliance with UK food and consumer protection laws.
Drivers using the FoodGo Delivery App act as independent contractors, not employees of FoodGo.
